Water: Taking a glass of hot water, as hot as tea, in the morning provides relief from constipation and dyspepsia. If you take lemon juice in it, it will remove gas and foul smell from the stomach. It will also relieve pain in the abdomen.

Pomegranate: Suck pomegranate seeds after adding salt and black pepper powder to them. It checks pain in the abdomen.

Butter milk : If the pain has been caused by hunger, taking butter milk is beneficial. This will help in treating abdomen pain.

Honey: If the pain has been caused by eating (usually the patients say that the pain increases when they eat something) taking honey for a few days will be beneficial. This will give relief from abdomen pain.
