The disease is commonly known as baldness. When affiicted with this disease one suffers from rapid loss of hair and there is no growth of new hair at the bald spot. The pores in the skin at that spot get blocked and the skin also becomes oily and smooth. This hairless condition of the scalp is known as baldness.

There are no specific causes of this disease. However, blood disorders, toxins, syphilis, ring worms and eczema may be its probable causes. But those persons who do a great deal of mental work or are of advanced age get baldness.

Natural Home remedies for the treatment of alopecia

Simple home remedy for alopecia using Salt : Excessive use of salt causes baldness. Mix a tsp. each of salt and black pepper powder with 5 tsp. of coconut oil and apply it to the bald patches. It will restore the growth of hair.

Good home remedy for alopecia using Onion : Round patches of baldness appear on the scalp when hair fall off in bunches. Onion juice should be rubbed into such bald patches regularly for some time. It will help the hair to grow again.

Traditional natural home remedy for alopecia using Neem : Application of neem oil regularly for two-three months at the bald spots helps the hair to grow again.

Garlic: Eating garlic is beneficial for hair growth.

How to get rid of alopecia -Getting rid of alopecia

Effective home remedy for alopecia using Arhar : Rub the bald spots with a piece of rough cloth and apply the paste of ground arhar thrice a day. Apply mustard oil the following day and sit in the Sun. Again apply the arhar paste after four hours. Repeat this treatment for a few days. It will help in the regrowth of hair at the bald spots.

Natural home remedy for alopecia using Black gram : Boil black gram and grind it. Apply the paste on the bald patches before going to bed. It helps hair to grow again.

Coriander: Application of green coriander juice on the bald patches helps the hair to grow again.

Herbal home remedy for alopecia using Jasmine oil : Jasmine oil provides relief from headache.

Jasmine, Coconut and amla oil-all are beneficial for the hair.
