The extract from raisins is another helpful way in the treatment of common fever.

Effective home remedy for common fever - Take 10 grams (one-tablespoon) raisins and 10 grams (one tablespoon) fresh ginger. Crush and put in 200-ml. water for one hour. Boil this decoction till the water reduces to 50 ml. Strain and drink while warm. This will cures the common fever.

Natural home remedy for common fever - Boil water and add the following to prepare a decoction: tsp of turmeric powder, some ginger pieces, onion pieces, lemon grass, half a tsp of black pepper, 5-6 tulsi leaves. Drink this decoction thrice a day to bring down fever.
