Gastritis is irritation of the stomach and inflammation of the gastric mucosa of the stomach.   • Take a mixture of 300 ml of carrot juice and 200 ml of spinach juice.
  • Take a mixture of 1/2 gram of black salt, 125 grams of curd and 2 grams of sprague.
  • Take a coconut water.
  • Three times in a day taken a supplemental chlorophyll two capsules
  • Eat 2 plantains and take a glassful of milk after about ten minutes when you wake up early in the morning.
  • Take a mixture of lemon juice and pinch of salt.
  • Take a one cup of rice gruel and given to gastritis patient.

Herb remedies for gastritis

  • Add a bit of ginger, spearmint and licorice into the tea because this herbal tea is very good in treatment of gastritis.
  • The heavy food to digest properly and eliminate the risk of potential gastritis when you take a mixture of 2 tbs. of isphagula and 1 glass of milk.
  • Fenneliculum vulgare is eaten after each meal because it is a very good in controlling the gastritis. Take a mixture of 1 cup of water and 1 tbs. of fennel seeds. After boil this mixture and taken 3 times in everyday.
  • 300 to 600 mg. licorice herb are chewing before meals for 30 minutes because it is very effective.
  • Take and consume 1 tbs. of marigold herb twice in a day.

Tips for gastritis

  • Eating small meals can be prevented accumulation of acid in the stomach.
  • Avoid alcohol consumption and smoking because this are caused acute and chronic gastritis.
  • Breathing exercise like slow jogging and brisk walking that a gastritis patient can do.
  • Avoid spicy and high fat food.
