Natural Home Remedies for Indigestion

   

A common disorder of digestive function like a unclear feeling of abdominal discomfort after meals is called as indigestion and also called as dyspepsia. Eating too fast, in particular by eating high-fat foods quickly is an indigestion condition and it is generally described as an irregular burning sensation below the sternum.

  • Take a one glass of water and some amount of baking soda, after mix this and drink it.
  • Take a 1 tbs. powder of the bark of a peepal tree And drink it with water.
  • Take orange or grapes because it gives rest to the digestive organs, supplies nutrition or removing indigestion, irritation from the stomach respectively.
  • After meals taken an ice bag over the stomach for half an hour.
  • Take a 1 tbs. of seeds of ajwain and a little rock salt, now mix this and eat it.
  • Take a 1 tbs. of cumin seeds, a glass of water, 1 tbs. of fresh coriander leaf juice and a pinch of salt, now make mixture of this and have it 2 times in a day.
  • Make a mixture of 2 tbs. of coriander juice, fresh buttermilk and take this mixture.

Herb remedies for indigestion

  • Make a mixture of cider vinegar and some lemon juice with a glass of water, now drink this mixture before the meal.
  • Take a mixture of 1/2 a cup of soya oil and 2-3 drops of garlic oil, now massage your stomach using this mixture.
  • Take a 2-3 drops of mint essence with a water and drink it 3-4 hours every.
  • Make a ginger tea and drink after meal.
  • Take a blackberry, raspberry, mint and camomile, after make a herbal tea by using this and drink it.
  • Make a mixture of one glass of honey and lemon juice in equal quantity and drink it.

Prevention and tips for indigestion

  • Doing a regular exercise.
  • Tight cloths are not wearing.
  • Avoid smoking and alcoholic beverages.
  • Drinking a two glass of hot water.
  • Active sports are not playing immediately after meal.
  • Do not drink a tea, coffee and other drinks because which contains caffeine.
  • Take a walk at least 30 minutes everyday.
