  • Make a mixture of 2 tbs. of cohosh root tincture, 1 tbs. of donquai root tincture, 1 tbs. of sarsaparilla tincture, 1 tbs. of licorice root tincture, 1 tbs. of chaste tree tincture and 1 tbs. of ginseng root tincture, after take this mixture three dropperfuls in a day.
  • Make a beet juice and take this in a dose of 60-90 ml three times in a day.
  • Helpful in increasing the estrogen level in the body when use of linseed as well as sunflower.

Herbal remedies for menopause

  • Make a liquorice powder and take this powder 1-2 tbs. in a everyday.
  • Taken a small doses of 2 gm for Indian spikenard herb everyday in this condition.
  • Take a ashwagandha like Indian Ginseng because it is usually prescribed to cure insomnia and mood swings. 
  • Make a salad for beetroot, in which the beetroot's are boiled with their peel on and before eating remove the peel.

  • Take a black cohosh means cimifuga racemosa because it helps to balance hormones.

  • Take Alfalfa, soybeans, soy sprouts, cabbage, beets, olive oil, olives, papaya, oats, peas.
  • Take a vitamin C, B6, pantothenic acid.
  • Do regular exercise like walking, jogging, bicycling, jumping rope, dancing, swimming.
  • Eat a dark green leafy vegetables as well as healthy vegetables and nutritional food like calcium, magnesium, vitamins.
  • Avoid tea as well as caffeine.
