Green tea is made up of powerful antioxidants. Green tea contains polyphenols and catechins. The green tea is more helpful for the health. The green tea contains more amount of antioxidants which is useful for the heart diseases, decreased risk of stroke, cancer prevention and lowered blood cholesterol.

Green Tea is a non-fermented tea. The green tea is available in the form of gum, candy, ice cream, bread and other foods. The green tea extract contain 80% polyphenols and 50% epigallocatechin gallate.

Green tea contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, B2, and B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Green tea comes from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Green tea contains caffeine. The caffeine has deleterious effects in large doses. The green tea drinking between three to four cups per day is sufficient. One cup of green tea supplies 20-35milligrams of EGCG.

The green tea is very effective for the cancer and at the recent moment it is also effective for the HIV. The green tea extract directly inhibited gastric and pancreatic lipases. Green tea has anti-bacterial properties and stimulates the production of immune cells. The antioxidants in green tea help to maintain healthy cells and tissues in the body.
